1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You are eligible for a refund or replacement under these conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- An incorrect item or quantity was delivered.
- A confirmed manufacturing or packaging fault occurred on our end.
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Since each product is naturally formed and hand-crafted, variations in shape, texture, or color are normal and not eligible for refunds.
Bulk export orders made under FOB or CIF trade terms cannot be refunded after shipment, except in cases of verified defect or error.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from our error. For security, please use a trackable shipping service.
5. International Orders
For export and wholesale shipments, we encourage clients to inspect goods upon arrival and report any concerns immediately. Verified issues will be handled with replacements or trade credit as per the agreed terms.
